Rancho Vista Monument Sign
Sign Technology designed and installed the Rancho Vista monument sign in San Juan Bautista, California. The finished sign creates a substantial community entrance while using lightweight, durable materials designed for exterior use.
The monument incorporates faux-rock construction and durable foam to achieve the appearance of a more traditional masonry structure without the weight of solid stone. The design combines the community identification with surrounding landscape elements to create a finished entrance feature that fits naturally with the property.
This project is an example of Sign Technology’s custom monument-sign capabilities for home builders, developers and residential communities, from design and fabrication through installation.
